Happy New Year, colleagues,
At our last teleconference meeting held on December 12, 2000, we agreed that
COL should look at designing a flyer to announce the 2001 conference. The
COL in-house designer has produced the attached draft, taking into
consideration the design motif of the 2000 conference package, for your
consideration.
I have also updated the 2000 action timeline to guide us with our
preparation for the 2001 conference.

I would be grateful if you could let me have your comments on the flyer by
January 15, 2001. A final draft incorporating all your suggestions will be
prepared for printing and distribution.
