Hi everyone

Nick Gao who manages our Information Resource Centre has offered to join
this listserve. Nick is wonderful at sleuthing out current information
on what is happening with distance education or technical and vocational
education and sending this to interested people. From time to time, you
will get up to date information from Nick.

Thanks Nick for making this offer and for helping to keep people,
particularly those who live on warm sunny islands, up to date.
