Talofa and greetings from Samoa,
1. As a resolution of the WFACP Board meeting in Melbourne, the next meeting
of the Board will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa, 22 - 24 July 2002.
The main reason was for the members to meet and have a look at the proposed
venue for the next World Congress in 2004 and the proposed budget before
making a final decision. A draft Agenda for the meeting has been set but
would like some input from our association members on issues that you would
like me to present at the meeting.
2. I assumed that everyone has had a look at the proposed Constitution that
I circulated and if its ok then the next step will be to elect officers so
we can continue to move ahead on how we will achieve our goals. Perhaps the
challenge will be how we will go about electing officers, whether to do it
on line or when members meet next, when and where?
