> Although it may be premature to access its impact on rural livelihoods, IFAD's Electronic Networking Project for Rural Asia and Pacific (ENRAP), can claim to have had a positive impact on human resource development, and the initiation of attitudinal and management changes among partners. Between mid-1998 and September, ENRAP promoted knowledge exchange and networking among 15 IFAD-supported projects in 8 Asian countries. 5 training workshops were held and numerous local content applications developed. Phase II of the project is expected to kick-off in late 2002 and should carry on till 2005.
