Greetings John from TMPI. How was your meeting in Wellington? Thanks for
your updates. Guess what? The Hon. Minister had summoned me to shift from
the main office and work from Pingi's office. So I am no longer using the
main office email but use pingi's email address. As you know Pingi has been
seconded to work full time at the SPBEA in Suva Fiji. Kindest regards from
Peaua Heimuli from TMPI

> I would like to congratulate all of those countries who sent delegates to
the Second Management Institute. As a result of this meeting, the Pacific
has now formalised the Pacific Association of Technical and Vocational
Education - PATVET together with an approved constitution, a board of
Directors, appointed offices and at the time of leaving Wellington, at least
75% paid up members. This group will be significant in carrying forward the
program of regional co-operation and as far as COL is concerned,
co-ordinating the efforts in Open, Distance and Flexible Learning.
